   you have to say which country you will go to.

   EU - all much the same due to regulations
   but some are offering good Bundles to buy (3, orange and O2) or Vodafones Passport (is a good deal)

   out of teh EU, it all gets very expensive and painful.
   better to get a local SIM and have people call you on it from a landline using these people
